Mechanical Overhaul
Pins, bushes, sheaves, rollers and head-piece assemblies are inspected, machined and replaced as required. Wire ropes are renewed with certified marine-grade rope and reeved to maker's specification.
Hydraulic Grab Overhaul
For four-rope hydraulic grabs, our team overhauls the onboard power pack, pumps, valves and cylinders, followed by pressure testing and function testing before load certification.
Load Testing & Class Certification
Every overhauled grab is subjected to function and SWL load testing with dynamometer under attending class surveyor. Test certificates and class endorsements are delivered to the owner before returning the grab to service.
